15 Wrong sizing and cheap quality

Ordered a pair in size warmblood, for 17.2 my warmblood, however they were so small and barely fit my 14.3 pony!! My pony has been wearing them for barely a week and the Velcro has already completely torn off. Shocking quality . Safe to say very disappointed!
