Neon yellow outer material, softly padded with skin sensitive, inner lining gives added security for horse and rider. The saddle pad is finished with a reflecting binding and two reflective stripes on both sides. Material: 80% Polyester, 20% Cotton Padding: 100% Polyester.

Only complaint is that the black patch is not far enough forward and therefore not under the saddle area but extends out behind the saddle flap. I don't really get why it is there at all but when you buy something to be hi viz you don't expect 1/3 of it to be black. If it wasn't for that I'd have given it 5 stars.
