Is this product suitable for dogs with chronic kidney disease? And what are the phosphorous, sodium and protein content please?

This food is not intended for use in dogs with kidney disease. Whether it is suitable depends on the severity of your dog's kidney issues, I recommend discussing what diet to use with your vet.
