The product is well known and excellent. However the same cannot be said of the delivery. I know there are supply problems with Chappie at the moment but this took over a week to get here. If the delivery is going to take that long Viovet should tell the customer. Normally delivery is excellent. Also the price for Chappie tins on this site is the highest around but then they do have stock!!!!

Can I feed my 6 month old puppy chappies. She is 10.5kg in weight
This is an adult dog diet so it is not advised for use long term in a puppy. It is recommended to feed a complete puppy diet instead until your dog is fully grown.

Please can you let me know the suitability for dogs with pancreatitis and kidney problems, plus the content in terms of % of Protein, Fat and Phosphorous.
Thank you,
Graham
Chappies is a suitable food for dogs with pancreatitis as it is low in fat, only 5%. It is not necessarily suitable for kidney problems though. If your dog has both conditions then it is worth discussing this further with your vet, you may need to choose to nutritionally support one condition over the other depending on which is more important.

Hi,
I have been feeding my dog on Wagg, but, he is itchy all the time (no fleas) he's been washed and cliped, so, ive just got a tin of Chappie, do I mix it with anything, or just give him the wet Chappie on it's own?
Many thanks, Edina
The wet food is complete and balanced so there is no need to add anything.
